Barragan Joins LS Honda Racing

This week Jonathan Barragan signed an agreement to join the LS Honda Racing team in Belgium. If you were to believe the rumors that the Spaniard would join the KTM Silver action team then unfortunatly you would be wrong.

Jonathan had his best year in 2008 when he won four Grands Prix and finished in fourth place in the MX1-GP World Championship, while riding for KTM. In 2009 he won two Grands Prix but dropped to ninth in the MX1-GP championship due to injury. A ruptured spleen from a serious training crash put his title hopes on hold but in 2010 he switched to the Kawasaki factory racing. Unfortunatly Jonathan could’nt match previous title charges but is eager to do so with LS Honda.

Barragan will line up next year with his new team mate Ken De Dycker in the FIM World MX1 Championship.
