DO YOU WANT TO GET FITTER AND RIDE FASTER?

Training for motocross and improving your speed is something that top coaches and pro riders have been keeping to themselves, however with technology advances, top performance coach and former GP rider Ed Bradley is now sharing his experience and secrets with the new and easy to use MX Coach App which is your own personal trainer at each track you ride.

The ultimate fitness goal is to ride at the same pace at the end of the race as the beginning and unless you time and compare your performances there is no way of measuring your progress. If you can already maintain consistent lap times then you want to be able to push new boundaries to improve your speed out on the track. This is where interval-training sessions give riders the biggest gains in speed and consistency.

The MX Coach App creates structure and in doing so riders’ focus, concentration and motivation improves instantly. There are 5 training sessions within the App – Rider Fitness test, Podium, Pyramid intervals, Fartlek and Hot laps. Each session has its own specific stopwatch and all data is stored in the apps history allowing the rider to track their own progress as well as giving immediate feedback to show you the areas you need to improve.

An additional feature to the App is for mechanics and those who like to test different products or settings on their machines. The bike test does away with using a pen, journal and stopwatch all at the same time. The App records the bikes components, saves and allows you to make changes to your machine, test and compare the difference in lap times they have made.

The MX Coach App is great for riders who struggle to give feedback or those who can ride a bucking bronco and think it’s set up great! By testing and comparing the data you are making sure you are getting the most out of the changes you make, which will enable you to get the best results from your machine.

The MX Coach App takes the guesswork out of training and testing giving you positive feedback.
